Since the update, I cannot log into any apps while I am on the phone unless I am connected to wi-fi? No GPS while I am driving! Any suggestions?

I have an IPhone 6. I cannot use my GPS while driving or access any apps while I am on the phone. It says no internet connection. Can anyone help me with this?

iPhone 6s, iOS 10

If you are having issues with your apps and GPS, and you are getting an alert about no Internet connection, you may want to double-check your cellular data connection, as outlined in the following article:
